    These heat sensors arrived quickly and worked as expected. I shopped around, and Spa Parts Guy had the best price by far. What more can you ask for in a product and service? Would totally recommend!

    Spa Parts Guy is the best. The service they provide is to notch. I had a question and left a voice message late on a Friday expecting a call back on Monday. I got a text back Sunday morning with the answer. I got the answers i needed to order the right part. When it came it worked great. The best part is Spa Parts Guy saved me money! Shipping was fast.   4. Finally solved my problem

    I suspected my M7 system had a sensor problem which was causing the top side error messages. I ordered a non Balboa heater with new non Balboa brand sensors since it was only $50 more to get a new heater with sensors. When it didn't fix the problem I replaced the circuit board. Still threw a error code.......Suspected it was the "new" sensors so I ordered real Balboa sensors to replace the "new" ones. Yep, the "new" sensors were a defective as the original sensors that had failed which was causing the issue to begin with. Spa is back to working without issues since I installed these OEM Balboa sensors!!! Received the order quickly. Great service
