Arrived quick. Installation took 5 minutes: I simply connected the module to the spare connector on the board.
Some thoughts:
1. The app is not too friendly. In some tabs it can simply hang (Android). The connection screen is inconvenient: if you open it by mistake, you cannot go back and need to complete the whole process.
2. The cloud account is not working until the app notices the spa either in the local or direct connection mode. This makes it difficult to share the access with other people. You need them to be physically present in your home, logged into your local network. I personally don't like letting IoT devices to work in my local network, but this is the only way if you want to control the SPA from different devices. If you put it into the guest WiFi, the local mode won't be available.
3. The module comes with zero documentation. During the setup process I needed to reset the module, and only YT could help me. Hint: the black bump on the wire is a magnet, place it (or any other magnet) twice for 10 second to the up right area of the module to have it reset (it must be powered up).
4. The price is too high. This module adds some comfort, but $200 doesn't seem to be a fair price for that. I cannot imagine what kinds of electronics should be inside to justify the price tag.

Quickly received the Balboa 50350 Wifi module that worked great with my Balboa BP501 thats in my Tidalfit EP15. Only contained the module and screws, so if you need a y cable, make sure to order it separately. I didn't so wasn't concerned about it.
Setup and install was very straight forward, but the app is a bit quirky and wish like so many others that Balboa could improve that aspect.

Love the remote control ability of this Wifi module. I can set back the temp when away and raise it when traveling so it is ready when I get home. Can also check the status from anywhere.
It was plug and play and the online YouTube videos walked me through the set up on my phone.
If I could add another feature it would be nice to push notifications to my email for low temperature or alarms, especially during the winter in the northeast.
If it had this I would rate it as a 5 star
