- *** Note *** The manufacturer has changed the way this heater is made, it now has a black plastic box covering the terminals and a wire is attached from the back, which will require you to bring that wire into the control box, either through an existing hole or having to drill a hole in control box. The old style heater is no longer available, as the heater manufacturer went out of business. The new Saratoga Heater is made by HydroQuip. *** One Year Warranty *** No Refunds

No hassle solution

I wasn't certain what to expect when I ordered this part, whether or not the installation would be simple or not. I was pleasantly surprised, at each juncture, everything turned out to be easier than anticipated. The new unit has been in service for several weeks and is operating flawlessly..

You know, friendliness and kindness are like a magnet. It draws you to the giver. That is what I found from the very beginning in Dave. He was both and very knowledgeable in helping me resolve my dilemma with an old Leisure Bay Spa. I`ve called on his help twice and he is never changing. I am very loyal to anyone with this trait. If ever I need a spa part to resurrect my old spa I know Dave will find a way. And for as long as he can help me with my old spa, I will not put it out to pasture. I checked a number of other places, but Spa Parts Guy was the most economical for me. Thanks Dave !!!!
